Data Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 2026

This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, contact us, book a demo or apply to our partner programme. Ticket data that customers process through the TicketInsights product is covered by our Data Processing Agreement with each customer, not by this notice.

Who we are

Sarah Maguire, trading as TicketInsights, c/o Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus, University Road, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 HD68, Ireland. Email: [email protected]. We are the controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Why we use it, and our legal basis

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contracts that meet the GDPR:

Transfers outside the EU

We keep personal data within the EU/EEA wherever our providers allow it. Our email is stored in the EU. Resend sends our emails from EU infrastructure, but stores email logs and related records in the United States. Cloudflare and Google are headquartered in the United States and may process data outside the EU/EEA. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and demo details: 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Partner applications: for the length of the partnership and 12 months after it ends, or 12 months after you apply if your application is not taken forward.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
